Conference Locations

There are 3 locations in Charlottetown important for this conference.

The UPEI Performing Arts Centre, room 112 and the PAC Lobby (Opening registration, plenary, and reception)
The CAST (Centre for Applied Science and Technology) Building at Holland College, Rooms 318, 319, and 321 (Thursday and Friday Concurrent Sessions, plenaries, lunches, and breaks.)
Lobster on the Wharf, 2 Prince Street (Thursday night reception and banquet.)

If you are going to the Friday evening excursion. the bus pick-up and drop-off is in front of the Florence Simmons Performance Centre, 140 Weymouth St, Charlottetown.

Wednesday Night Registration, Opening Plenary and Reception

Location: Room 112, Performing Arts Centre (#21 on map), University of Prince Edward Island (550 University Ave, Charlottetown.)

Getting there: UPEI is about 3 kilometers from Glendenning Hall at Holland College.
Driving: take the Belvedere entrance to UPEI, park in PA or PB.
Walking: 36 minutes, up University Ave or along the Confederation trail (map below)

Location: Holland College, the CAST (Centre for Applied Science and Technology) Building, #3 on the map below.
Parking: Parking is free for those staying in the Glendenning Residence (#4) and coming to the conference. Park in the lot on Grafton Street.
Walking: The conference venue is within a short walking distance of Downtown Charlottetown Hotels.
